In 2019, Ruth was the Executive Director of the AT&T Hello Lab Mentorship Program. She worked closely with Fullscreen and lead mentor Lena Waithe to produce five high-caliber short films, created by 5 new writers and 5 new directors from underrepresented communities. Collectively, these five shorts have over 1 Million Views on YouTube. These writers and directors have gone on to find representation in their respective fields with top agencies and management companies as well additional top programs and workshops.
